HOW CAN I PROCESS PAYMENT?
Once your confirmation is received, you will be sent a proforma invoice with the instructions for payment. You will find bank details in the offer and in the proforma invoice. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Mastercard, VISA – American Express is ACCEPTED. We do not add any surcharge for using credit card. We do not require a minimum purchase amount when you use credit card. The deposit required and final payment date is determined in the offer.
WHAT SHOULD TOURISTS (LEISURE OR CORPORATE) KNOW AS A LEGAL ADVICE WHEN VISITING TURKEY?
In accordance with the Law act no. 1618, it is obligatory to book tourism transportation and tours at a Travel Agency with an operation Licence issued by the Ministry of Tourism. A Travel Agency in Turkey is obliged to become a member of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. (TURSAB). Group (A) agencies offer and perform all kind of tourism services. Customers need to provide their name and passport details to the Travel Agency prior the arrival date.
All transfer drivers must be able to produce this information at road checks and traffic controls.This is for ANYONE who books a transfer or tour.
WHAT ABOUT THE STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS ON THE VEHICLES IN THE AGE OF COVID-19?
Our commitment to our guests’ and staff’s health and safety is our top priority. We have increased the cleanliness standards on our vehicles to meet and exceed the new guidelines provided by health officials. We use electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to santize surfaces on our vehicles. Electrostatic spraying technology uses the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to treat known pathogens. All our drivers are required to wear face masks and/or face shield. In addition, disinfecting wipes and masks are provided in each vehicle for passengers’ personal use.
