WHAT KIND OF COACHES DOES YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE?
We provide car sedan, Suv`s, min van, van and coaches. For us our main purpose, is to solve all clients request, so if that means book something that we don´t have it, we find it.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALSO LUXURY COACHES?
We have both regular vehicles and the luxury range, for all kind of vehicles, from sedans, Suv`s, min vans to vans and coaches.
WE STILL DON’T HAVE FINAL ITINERARY. CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROVISIONAL QUOTE?
Most itineraries or quotes have changes, so it is no problem for us to send to our clients a provisional quote and the most important thing, we send an advise of what would be the better option for our client’s needs.
IS YOUR OFFER ALL INCLUSIVE?
We detail every item on the quote, of what is included and what can be added, fees and other required extras, so final number is the final number.
HOW CAN I BOOK A TRIP WITH YOUR COMPANY?
Once the client has accepted the quote, usually we ask for 50% of the service in advance 15 days before of the service.
Cancelation fee policy depends, from client to client, on many factors, as the amount of the service, number of days and other services included
HOW CAN I PROCESS PAYMENT?
The cheapest way to pay is through a swif/wire money transfer, there will only be an extra 1,5% of the quote for the bank fee.
Trough PayPal, will be added 10% of quote for the PayPal fee.
On site with credit card, will be added 3,6% of the quote fee.
CAN WE HAVE DRIVER’S DETAILS BEFORE THE SERVICE?
Yes of course, we can send all the information and details that client would need. Also we communicate right away any change or situation – for eg. a change of vehicle, driver or other option.
DO ALL YOUR DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?
Not all of our drivers, but most of them do. Also, some of our drivers speak Portuguese or French. One of the services we offer is guide tour, chaperones or attaches in different idioms.
