Drivers
All Amphitrion drivers are bearers of a valid professional bus-driving license for EU Class “D” with a clean traffic record, are uniformed, speak Greek and English and are experienced in providing safe and customer oriented transportation to their passengers. Each driver is carefully selected based on their experience, professionalism and their communication skills.
They maintain a clean, neat and orderly appearance when providing services.
Safety
To ensure the safe transportation of our passengers we have developed a Safety Management System that includes the following measures:
- The proper maintenance of vehicles not only in terms of appearance but most importantly mechanically to provide safe transportation
- All vehicles are insured by a reputable insurance company at all times.
- Amphitrion privately-owns a parking garage for its fleet of vehicles when they are not in use. In order to monitor the safety of our vehicles 24 hours a day our parking garage is equipped with a high-tech surveillance system of cameras and is staffed with a professional security guard, member of our company’s permanent staff, which is present 24 hours a day.
- Moreover, this parking garage is equipped with cleaning equipment so that the vehicles are cleaned by permanent staff of our company to ensure their proper cleaning based on high standards set by our company and their safety.
- Our parking garage is also equipped with its own fuel supplying facilities.
- All vehicles are equipped with a speedometer as well as a VLS (Vehicles Location System), which enables our headquarters and the Transportation Department Manager to locate them instantly, monitor their speed and that they are driven safely. Through this system, we keep speedometer records of each transportation, of each vehicle, for approximately a year.

What sizes of coaches can you provide?
Our company has a range of coaches from 7 seater mini vans, 10 seater, 19 seater, 40 seater, 50 seater, 55 seater to 60 seater busses.
We do not own double decker busses. We can also provide private vehicle for 1-3 pax
What is it included in your offer?
Our rates are all-inclusive. That means in our quotation it’s already included the taxes, fuel, tolls, driver’s expenses. So you do not need to pay anything extra on the spot unless it is a service not asked in the initially quotation.
How can i book with your company?
As soon as you agree with the rate, a confirmation mail will be sent with payment details.
Usually we ask for a full prepayment via bank transaction or credit card (american express are not accepted ) 2-3 weeks before the date of your service. After final payment the amount is not refundable.
When can I have driver's details?
You will have driver’s details 24 hours before the date of your service, and you will also receive an emergency mobile number available 24/24.
If you arrive at the airport, the driver will wait for you outside the luggage claim area with a sign that you will define with our reservations department.
Are your rates per person?
Our rates are per vehicle and per way when it concerns a simple transfer… When it concerns an itinerary of 2-3 days then our rates are for the whole itinerary but still per vehicle
