DO YOU PROVIDE ALSO LUXURY COACHES?
During the last few years, our company invested a lot in refreshing our fleets, which nowadays has an average age less than 3-years-old. All our latest vehicles are equipped with individual electric plugs (220v / USB), wi-fi, safety technologies and all the available comforts.
Moreover, we are proud to provide a special segment of “LUXURY” vehicles, total black colour, leather & wood designed interiors and extra services (hostess, snacks, drinks, etc), which can be quoted on request.

IS YOUR OFFER ALL INCLUSIVE?
Our offers always specify what is included and what is not. According to clients’ needs, we will advise if there are extra costs, such as driver’s accommodations and meals, parking and permits fees, overtime etc.

HOW CAN I BOOK A TRIP WITH YOUR COMPANY?
You will receive our offer-contract which includes final quote, what rates do/do not include, validity of the offer and expiry date, cancellation policy.
If you agree with our terms, you should send us the second page of the offer, filled in with your personal/company details and signed. Service is booked once we receive the second page of the offer and 30% deposit.
HOW CAN I PROCESS PAYMENT?
Once we will receive the second page of the offer signed in and filled, we will send you our proforma invoice with the instructions for payment. You will find our bank details both in our offer and in our proforma invoice.
We usually ask for 30% payment at confirmation, and balance 2 weeks before the service. We accept bank transfer payment and credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa – no American Express).
CAN WE HAVE DRIVER’S DETAILS BEFORE THE SERVICE?
You will receive driver’s name and number within 24hrs before the service starts.
If any last minute change / emergency communication, you will receive also our emergency contact, which is active 24/7.
DO ALL YOUR DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?
All our driver’s speak at least a basic English. If you have any issues in communications, please contact our office and emergency number, we will be able to help you anytime!
