The Flybus – an official partner of Keflavík International Airport. The Flybus, known for its efficient and reliable connections, is coordinated with all arriving and departing flights, around the clock, holidays included. The Flybus departs from Reykjavík’s main bus terminal, BSÍ. We additionally offer pick up or drop off at designated bus stops, and at selected hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavík at specific times during the day, at extra cost.

The Highland Bus is the ideal way to experience two of Iceland´s most popular hiking routes on your own. You simply purchase the ticket and with it you get a bus transfer from Reykjavík to the base of the hike and back again from the hike’s end point to Reykjavík when you are done.

We operate one of the largest and newest coach fleets in Iceland with vehicles of many sizes, which can take you to many of the most beautiful spots in our country.
The fleet consists of approximately 100 vehicles of varying shapes and sizes (9 to 69 seats) and all are in excellent condition, average age is 2 years. They are spacious, comfortable, environmentally friendly, equipped with safety belts for all passengers, free WiFi and USB in selected vehicles.
The fleet also includes 4×4 buses suitable for crossing unbridged glacier rivers, hence reaching almost any destination in the highlands.

What coach sizes do you offer?
We have a few different sizes of vehicles. Our smallest vehicles are 16-19 seat minibuses, then we have very spacious and comfortable 25-29 seat coaches, then 40-56 seaters and our largest vehicles seat 63-65 people.
How old is your fleet?
We have a very young fleet, the oldest coaches are 2-3 years old.
All our coaches have free wi-fi and USB plugs.
Do all your coaches have seat belts?
Yes, all of our coaches have seatbelts. Most of them have 3-point seat belts, others have a lap belt.
Do you provide car seats for children?
We offer car seats for children approx. 9–18 kg (around 1-4 years old).
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, all of our drivers speak English, and many of them also speak other languages.
Do you also offer guides?
Yes, we offer both driver-guides for the smaller vehicles and sit-in guides for larger groups.
All our guides are certified tour guides who speak more than one language.
Can you assist groups in making their itineraries?
Yes, our sales team is made up of experts in tailor making the best itineraries for each group according to the group’s interest, time frame and budget.
