WE STILL DON’T HAVE FINAL ITINERARY. CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROVISIONAL QUOTE?
In case a customer does not have a final itinerary, we will still send him different quotes, with different duration, distance and coach sizes. A precise information will if course result in a precise quote.
IS YOUR OFFER ALL INCLUSIVE?
Our rates always include the road pricing and toll fees, all other extra or optional costs such as driver’s accommodation, parking fees etc. will be explicitly listed on the quotation.
HOW CAN I BOOK A TRIP WITH YOUR COMPANY?
By confirming our non-binding quotation via e-mail, our customers will receive a booking reservation. We do not need any down payment when you book, customers located in Austria will receive the invoice within 2-weeks after the service, non-Austrian companies shall pay off the balance 2-weeks prior departure.
HOW CAN I PROCESS PAYMENT?
Payment can be processed by bank transfer or credit card. In case our customer wants to pay by credit card the card details can passed on by phone or we will send an credit card authorization form asking for the card details and the permission to debit the amount.
CAN WE HAVE DRIVER’S DETAILS BEFORE THE SERVICE?
Customers will receive together with the booking confirmation a link with the drivers details (name and phone number) which will be activated 24 hours prior departure.
Also an emergency (24 hours hotline) number will be provided.
DO ALL YOUR DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?
All our drivers have at least basic English knowledge. Having more than 600 drivers from 21 different nations which speak at least 26 different languages we can also try to accommodate the wish to dispatch a driver which speaks the same language as our customer.
