WE STILL DON’T HAVE THE FINAL ITINERARY. CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROVISIONAL QUOTE?

In order to provide a quote, we would need some additional details, such as number of passengers, dates of departure, a detailed itinerary and schedule, flight number and addresses if available.

HOW CAN I BOOK A TRIP?

You will receive an offer-contract which includes the final quote, what rates do/do not include, the validity of the offer and expiry date, cancellation policy.

If you agree with the terms, you should send an email with your confirmation.

IS YOUR OFFER ALL INCLUSIVE?

Our members’ offers always specify what is included and what is not. According to clients’ needs, we will advise if there are extra costs, such as driver’s accommodations and meals, parking and permits fees, overtime etc.
You will find always a “rates do not include” box at the bottom of the offer. If any doubts, you can contact our members anytime and they will be happy to help you!

HOW CAN I PROCESS PAYMENT?

Once your confirmation is received, you will be sent a proforma invoice with the instructions for payment. You will find bank details in the offer and in the proforma invoice.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard, VISA – American Express is not accepted by most members). The deposit required and final payment date is determined in the offer.

CAN WE HAVE DRIVER’S DETAILS BEFORE THE SERVICE?

You will receive the driver’s name and number within 24hrs before the service starts. If any last-minute change/emergency communication, you will receive also our emergency contact, which is active 24/7.

DO ALL YOUR DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?

All our driver’s speak at least basic English. If you have any issues in communications, please contact our office or emergency number, we will be able to help you anytime!

WHAT MEASURES ARE TAKEN FOR THE CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE COACHES? WHAT IS DRIVER PROCEDURE?

Due to the COVID-19 our members have put in place and are following disinfection protocols that are carried out. 

Coaches:

Our members have a strict protocol regarding cleaning and disinfection of the bus, such as:

  • Full and accurate Cleaning and purification of the buses after each service.
  • Cleaning driver cabin and salon, door handles and dashboard, head restraints and armrest of the passengers.
  • Ventilate passenger compartment regularly. If the temperature allows, drive with windows open (avoid to use air conditioning or heating).

Drivers' procedures:

Our members give guidelines to all drivers with all the information and precautions they must with them, and with the clients:

  • All our drivers have training  and protection devices including gloves, hand sanitizers and visors (protection mask)
  • Drivers must clean driver cabin and salon, door handles and dashboard, head restraints and armrest of the passengers. several times a day.
  • Drivers must inform passengers about the importance of washing hands (hand sanitizers that our members provide) and of maintaining a distance of at least 1 meter from others.
  • Drivers must inform the company if some of their family members have any potential symptoms of COVID 19.
