Our GPN French member, RÉUNIR, has provided French authorities, its coach equipped with a driving simulator to train company drivers in road risk prevention & eco-driving.

On 26th March, our new GPN French member, RÉUNIR, took part in the Road Safety Day organised by the French authorities in La Roche sur Yon in the Pays de la Loire region.

On this occasion, RÉUNIR provided authorities, its coach equipped with a driving simulator to train company drivers in road risk prevention and eco-driving.

The guests, representatives of the prefecture, the police forces but also coach companies, came to test the simulator.

Since 2011, Cassiopée, equipped with a driving simulator, has been training network “Réunir” drivers in risk prevention and eco-driving.

Cassiopée programme offers drivers and administrative staff training adapted to road risk prevention and eco-driving. More than 50 scenarios are available to Cassiopée’s approved instructors to reproduce the most realistic driving experience possible: driving on the road, on the motorway, in the city, day or night, in rainy or snowy weather.

More specifically, the eco-driving module makes it possible to make trainees aware of rational driving and to act effectively and sustainably on their behaviour. »
