Synergy of our GPN’s Strategic Partners- DAF & VDL at Büren!
At Bus & Coach Deutschland and VDL Bus Center staged their annual Open Days on 13 and 14 March in Büren and attracted between 600 and 800 visitors representing operators from Germany and neighbouring countries.
On show there were a variety of new PACCAR/DAF powered coaches including this line-up of Futuras (pictured below) and a 14-metre Synergy with MX-13 375 engine that was handed over to GO-Jugendreisen.
A variety of used buses and coaches were also on show for examination and test drives and 22 supplier companies, including DAF Components, showed their products and services in the workshop that had been transformed into an exhibition hall. During the evening of the first day, exhibitors, customers, staff and other employees gathered for the traditional party that included a buffet and live music. For many visitors the weekend in Büren once again proved an ideal way to: exchange experiences and information; look at opportunities to expand the fleet before the start of the season; and – perhaps most important of all – simply to spend time with like-minded people.
