18th General Meeting in Krakow, Poland
During our 18th General Meeting in Krakow, Poland we welcomed Linea Azzurra as new GPN member in Italy and we also welcomed Tom Tom telematics as new Strategic Partner.
The new improved website was introduced to the members and a marketing and sales report was presented to the members, highlighting the increasing number of leads coming from GPN as well as a proposal to track business coming from GPN.
We then split into 4 groups mixing older GPN members with newer GPN members and a lot of ideas arose for the Board of Directors that the board will consider for implementation in GPN in the near future.
Finally, we had a presentation from the head of the passenger transport department of the International Road Union (IRU), the global trade association with influence in the United Nations and the European Union Authorities and we are now looking for future engagement in this organization.
The Board of directors was renewed and approved by the group for 3 more years, and we introduced our next meeting that will take place in Dubrovnik in February 2015.
