OLLEX signed a contract with the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs concerning logistics services during the chairmanship of 27 Member States

The year 2013 will be significant to both Lithuania and OLLEX company, Global Passenger Network’s coach company member in Lithuania – our country will be responsible for ensuring that 27 Member States would agree on common solutions for half year (from 2013 July 1 to December 31).

On April 16 of this year OLLEX signed a contract with the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs concerning logistics services during the chairmanship. OLLEX will be responsible for vehicle presentation, sheduling and supervision of timetables, effective management of transport and traffic allocation in pursuance of optimal and efficient use of public resources.

OLLEX will have to ensure that drivers are qualified having at least 5 years experience and well orienting in major Lithuanian cities. A huge work awaits but the Chairmanship is the obligation of each Member State, therefore Lithuanian chairmanship will be both opportunity and responsibility after which other Member States and partners all over the world will assess our country‘s maturity.
