The largest ever order for 3-axle VDL Citeas for the Finnish market.

VDL Bus & Coach is to supply 48 Citeas to Veolia Transport Finland. Of these 48 buses, 10 are Citea SLE-129/255 (2-axle) models and 38 are Citea XLE-145/310 (3-axle) models.

This is the largest ever order for 3-axle Citeas for the Finnish market. Since January 2012 VDL has sold over 100 Citeas in Finland, thereby considerably increasing market share in Scandinavia. Veolia Transport Finland will deploy the buses on the Helsinki timetable from December 2012. They will operate on the lines between the city centre and the northern
parts of the city.
