FLIXBUS WITH OUR GPN MEMBER, STAF CARS & GPN NETHERLANDS BUSPARTNER STARTS IN USA

Together with the Belgian company, Staf Cars and the Dutch based company Nieuwland, a subsidiary from Oostenrijk Touringcars in Diemen, Flixbus starts with bus services in the USA. For this, they opened an office in Las Vegas. At the end of this year Flixbus says it will have 1.000 daily connections throughout the USA starting with Flixbus service from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix and San Diego.
The new company of the joint venture between Staf Cars / Oostenrijk Touringcars and Flixbus is “USA Coach Services” and is based in Las Vegas. With twelve new buses it will run FlixBus lines between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. In the Netherlands Nieuwland has ten green Flixbuses and upholds connections between several cities in Belgium, Germany and France.
Five years after Flixbus started its first bus service in Europe the German company is entering the USA market with their unique business-model and its green buses connecting 21 American cities. Together with Nieuwland it will work like in Europe with local bus companies like Transportation Charter Services (TCS) in California. Starting with cooperation with six local bus companies Flixbus will offer 180 connections in the US expanding to a thousand at the end of this year. In Europe Flixbus works together with 300 local bus companies in 28 markets. It says it created 7000 jobs for drivers.
